U is for Unknown #atozchallenge

For this year’s A to Z Challenge, I have chosen the theme of cats as characters. Whether they appear in film, TV, cartoons or literature, these felines may be the star of the show or just a supporting character.

Enjoy the A to Z Challenge…

U is for Unknown cats. This covers all the cat that show up in books, TV shows or movies that have no names. They may belong to one of the characters such as Holly’s cat in Breakfast at Tiffany’s or it could be a main character like the black kitten in the horror story The Cat’s Eyes by Lee Jordan. These cats may not get a name as the role they play is too small or unimportant. Or perhaps they have a name and we just don’t know it.

They could be just background characters or added to give realism to a scene. I love cats and think you can never go wrong adding a cat to a scene or better yet make them a fully named and developed character in your story.
