H is for Honky Tonk Magic #AtoZChallenge

For this year’s A to Z Challenge, I have chosen the theme of songs about magic. (Fitting for a fantasy author.) If you are here for my normal parenting post, I am taking the month of April to do this challenge and will be back to my normal posting schedule in May.

H is for “Honky Tonk Magic” by folk/country singer Lloyd David Foster. The song was released in 1982. It spent 7 weeks on the Billboard Country charts, going as high as number 65. Lloyd released seven singles between 1982 and 1985. And that is pretty much all I could find about this song or Mr. Foster. It is a good, upbeat song.
