1 envelope fat-free Italian dressing mix
2 T. canola oil
1 T. lemon juice
1 pound beef flank steak
In a small bowl, combine salad dressing mix, oil and lemon juice. Brush onto both sides of steak; place in a shallow dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours).
Grill or broil until meat reaches desired doneness. Cut across the grain and serve.
